Plan your day the night before.
Planning your day is an incredibly popular productivity strategy, but doing it the night before your day starts will be more helpful. Initially I did this in irregular manner but slowly I somehow managed doing it regularly. Making a healthy habit is a task. Get everything ready you need before for the morning. Did you now the benefit of planning your day the night before? Things seems simpler when everything is planned and handy for the day.
Do It ! If something takes 2-5 Minutes.
I’m one of them who always leave things for later to-do list. But then I realized the clutter and stress in my daily routine. If something you can do in 5 minutes or less than that, do it right way. Getting things done timely will prevent lot of clutter and stress later on.
Create a morning routine
In many of my blogs I’ve talked about the benefits of having a morning ritual. Giving some time to your body and mind will boost your potential and you can perform your task more efficiently. Having a morning ritual for yourself and practicing it waking up early makes you prep for the whole day. Don’t forget to make time for exercise. Make time for meditation. The more you practice it, the more your life gets better and better.
Follow the 80/20 rule.
Now what is 80/20 rule? This is the phenomenon which says that roughly 80% of outcomes comes from 20% of causes. Never let yourself waste your energy on useless stuff. Invest most of your energy and time on those specific tasks that creates the big impact. Give time to those stuff that maximize your productivity.
20% of the tasks yield 80% of the results.
Get enough rest and meditate daily.
Now this is something which we avoid often. Without enough rest, you can’t enjoy and improve your life. To get all those things done as expected, you must need to get enough rest for your mind and body. Not getting enough rest will makes you cranky and reduces your ability to concentrate properly.

Building good and healthy habits of healthy morning ritual, eating and exercise, will be helpful further. Your body will thank you later. Adding to the list- Don’t place unnecessary stress on yourself by believing that you should have everything set in stone. Along with that remember to polish your communications skills which affect you for a lifetime. In addition to that do not let your time and energy leak from social media, overthinking and meaningless relationships. Lastly, don’t be afraid to express your emotions.
