It is something which is normally brewed simple coffee without the addition of sugar, milk and cream or extra flavors. How to make ?
There’s no one correct way of making black coffee and different people do it in different way. I will share my way of making my coffee. I use ground coffee. So first I boil one and half cup of water and then I add two tablespoons of coffee to it and after boiling it few more minutes I strain it using a strainer. My black coffee is ready in no time. Sometimes I add half a lemon to it and trust me it tastes heaven. One more thing try drinking your coffee lil bit hot it tastes amazing. You can also grind coffee beans of your own by using grinding machine. And then slowly add boiled water to the filter containing coffee powder. Tap the surface and pour it in a cup.
Side Effects of Black Coffee
Too much of black coffee releases high levels of stress hormones which only leads to anxiety and stress. Secondly, too much coffee intake can mess up your sleeping pattern. So it is recommended to avoid consuming coffee before sleeping hours. Black coffee is rich in antioxidants and acid, so excess consumption can lead to acidity in stomach. Too much of coffee can makes your system disturb and it makes difficult to absorb minerals from your diet.
