Firstly, Stop- cutting down food groups, never let yourself starving to lose weight and avoid restricting yourself from the foods you enjoy. Eating enough food to fuel your body and align with your fitness goals if you have any. Which in turn helps maintain a healthy metabolism leading to better fitness results anyway (as clashing to eating far too little or fat too much). Creating a healthy LIFESTYLE which serves you and makes you feel good on a consistent basis. Moreover, Allowing yourself to enjoy your favorite Healthy foods to eat everyday in moderation. You get to enjoy a balanced & healthy relationship with food without being extremely either way. It will be good for you realizing that you can enjoy FOOD AS FUEL, MEDICINE, CREATIVITY, ENJOYMENT etc. all at the same time.

Seeds- Flax seeds, chia seeds and hemp seeds
Herbs & spices- Boosts antioxidants and enhances taste of food as well
- Aim for a balanced diet
- Aim to be eating mainly whole foods
- Ideally buy organic food when you can
- Drink water for your hydration and compliment with herbal teas , cut on sugary drinks, A BIG NO
- Respect your body, treat your food as a natural medicine, you’ll already be putting yourself in a strong position to prevent illness & diseases

In conclusion, Consistency is the glue that holds everything together when it comes to better results. If you’re not consistent you won’t be able to achieve what you want in your life. You won’t be able to be at the top of your game. So you need to bring more consistency, I’m working on this and so as I suggest. Above all, I’m aiming to create sustainable routines and habits that feel aligned to me and my goals. That way I can keep turning up for myself in a balanced way for life and reaching my goals.
