From past six months was going thru a lot of changes in my life and was struggling finding ways to it, but let me tell you it was not easy as it sounds. We all are experiencing challenges in lives daily and we all do are afraid of them.
The fear of losing >>Discovering hope
Even if you fear that things might not work out, do what you can. Do what is possible for you. Instead of losing and holding on fears, think about the solutions. Remember, you’ve been thru hard days- worries and doubts and the best part is you’ve survived all of them. Discovering self is also about choosing to believe in yourself. Instead of holding onto fear, let the hope in your heart lead the process, the way. Going thru hard days, handling worries and doubts, unknown and uncertain, feeling hurt over and over again- that is what makes and means to being strong. That is what it means to be brave. Being strong and being brave is the necessity I guess.
Learn to accept change >>Discovering acceptance
After learning things get change over a period of time, I was no longer afraid of things turning out to be. Instead of that, I found ways to move along with them, no matter what it takes. I’m learning to welcome the new person I’m becoming day by day. I feel grateful for all of the things that did happen to me, the strength I’ve found and how far I’ve come. I felt sad and bad for the hardships I have faced, but I end up finding joy and comfort both knowing that in my own time. We will grow and become stronger version of ourselves when we learn certain things along with accepting changes happening around and in lives.

We find a new sense of hope, a reason to try again when we learn to accept change. All you need to keep in mind is Do not let the parts of life that are uncomfortable to you right now stop you from moving you forward. I often feel uncomfortable and afraid but that doesn’t mean I’m weak. It means I’m human and sometimes the best thing I can do is to allow myself to feel how actually I feel. So that, I can create that space in my life for healing and growth. For finding the ways and strengthening within.
