In this paragraph, I’m gonna tell you about a Self- guide, few things [Bulleted] to ask yourself and much more. This is a little exercise if anyone of you feeling little lost right now. All you need to do is to ask yourself few questions. Have you ever found a person who instantly makes you serene, revive, lively and nourishing? Sometimes in life we cross paths with someone who encourages your dreams and celebrate your wins without an ounce of jealousy. They just want you to be happy, want’s best for you and you for them.

There is not much more to perform. They are warm and bright, they are loving and loyal. You can’t help but feel genuinely happy in their presence, like the best version of yourself. If you have anybody who makes you feel all of the above, then you should be grateful for that. Thank them for being there in your life. First ask yourself what makes you feel happy and don’t forget to promise yourself that you will stay happy no matter what happens to you.

Self- guide: Few questions

In all, ask yourself what you want in your life and how you want it to look like. Close your eyes and try to portrait yourself living your cheerful life, to the highest possibilities. Notice what happens around you, who surrounds you and what surrounds you. After that, notice what you have and what you bravely left behind to get this place of peace. Now think about the present moment and find answer to this question that if the life you are living now will in the end lead you to the life you were just thinking for yourself. And if the answer is NO, ask yourself what you could do unlikely.

Cheer yourself for each move you make towards each day.

You must become someone you admire at all charge.

Some chapters in our lives have to close without any conclusion. Not everything ends with termination. Most Importantly, there is no point in losing yourself by trying to fix what is meant to stay detached and broken. Take a deep breath and then your inner peace begins the moment you challenge your closeness and decide to not let them control your feelings and emotions.

Secondly, stop being mad at yourself for being EXHAUSTED, for crying, losing patience or not having the time or ENERGY to do absolutely everything. Importantly, stop being hard on yourself, all of this is incredibly hard you are doing okay. Try to be nice to yourself today and everyday and remember that you are doing okay. Promise yourself that you will never stop trying when it gets tough. Promise that you won’t give up when it comes to all the things you are passionate about. Greatness will always follow when your passion is embraced and happiness will always live where the passion is.

You did what you could,

and it was more enough.

Don’t put yourself down, don’t let negative things to dive in your mind.

All I want to say now is that loving yourself is a process and this is something which is not going to happen overnight. You need to be patient and give yourself time you need to heal and grow. In addition, never ever let anyone stand in between you and your dreams. Moreover, learn to stand up for yourself and learn to respect yourself first. Think about the people you spend time with, people who makes you feel happy. Be with them. This is all for this Self- guide.
