- Skincare and opening the pores: There is no magic product like we see in magazines and in advertisements that works for every person in right manner. Lack of vitamins and minerals is the largest cause of skin related issues + many health issues. Food items such as eggs, walnuts, tomatoes, fish, fruits, beans and other green leafy vegetables are good for skin and helps to clear the skin. Include these food items in your diet according to availability and alternatively.
