When I spoke to my dietician about this diet she suggested to avoid alcohol and highly processed food items which tend to be less health promoting. Most people have a lifestyle imbalance because they are unable to maintain a balance between having whole nutritional food and less included fun foods. Imbalanced lifestyle impacts hormonal function coz of disturb sleep, stress, anxiety etc. This plan also works on these factors to have healthy balanced lifestyle.
This diet encourages one to prepare fresh food, meals and promotes less consumption of packaged food.
