Small wins are progress points on your way to goals. Focusing on small wins help you break down the large goal into manageable chunks. In today’s blog I’m going to discuss about the importance and benefits of celebration of small victories, small achievements, your tiny success and their effects on our mental health. celebrate your wins.

How long you have working to change something in your life? Does it always knock you down? 

If yes, then remember you’re working on specific goal. No matter whether big or small it sometimes seems like problems keep popping up. It can make you feel discouraging and sometimes you think it is impossible to achieve your goal. During that particular time your brain can easily get shifted to negative thinking. . It will force you think about failure and negativities you may feel like everything is taunting and inconvenient for you. And you will start thinking like maybe you will never reach your goal.

If that is so, then you need to work on it. Negative thoughts and its process is pretty natural and is easily influence our brain even more than positive things. But the thing is you need to train your brain to see events differently. Yes, it is possible to do so! You need to work on good and positive thought. With being clear goals in mind, celebrating small wins is of great importance as it helps closer to achieve our goals. celebrate small wins.

When you take action and celebrate small victories, you basically decide to reward yourself for it, stepping stone that you wake in your way to reach your goals. What happens when you celebrate small ones if you celebrate small ones there are certain benefits :

Give confidence and motivation – It not always you feel the same and motivation with which you’ve started your journey. With obstacles and problems in your way seldom you feel disappointed, discouraged and confidence broken. But when you learn to gain small wins it becomes easy to for you to fire back with the same power and confidence for bigger goals. 

You get clarity & get focused – Yes ! we’re celebrating small wins you get clarity and get focused for your big goals when you start giving importance to small victories you can eventually start realising that you are  close to your goals. It helps you to stay more focus on reaching your destination. 

Remember your goal / passion – Make yourself think that why you have chosen your goal and what you are struggling for? By celebrating small wins, we recall ourselves of a reason why we have chosen those  big goals and with what intentions. 

Strengthen your psychology When an individual celebrate something, certain Hormone release within the body and that person feel incredible. However celebrating not feel incredible physically but it also reinforce the behaviour you desire to show up when you faced challenges in your life.

A person who feels appreciated will always do more than what is expected. Your individuality is a blessing, not a burden. If you try to be like everyone else, your life will be no greater than theirs. By following the crowd you will become part of it and fails to stand out by travelling the same road as them.. you won’t get the chance to see anything different from what they see. 

You have to give yourself a pat on the back every now and then. You have done things some people said you couldn’t do. You’ve done things even you thought you couldn’t do. Be  proud of yourself. You have fought hard to get where you are today. Acknowledging this will bring contentment and raise your vibration. celebrate small every wins in life.

Don’t be self critical, appreciate yourself and others. Embrace the present
