Before you go through this blog, I request you to first check the previous blog (Part 1) — Self-healing>>Reparent yourself . Hope you are doing good in your life. I’ve spent the past few months working hard, long hours on this process for mind and soul aligned work. In other words Mind and Soul healing. I hope some of you will benefit from this writing. There’s such a different kind of feel to this hard work than the work I’ve always known. This is creative and I enjoy doing this, it energizes me and it feels like I’ve poured my heart and soul into something better.
Mind and Soul healing journey is not easy, yes there will be hard moments and challenges that will need your courage and wise thinking. But that doesn’t mean to be perfect, to feel scared or feel alone. The purpose of this journey is to feel more like yourself, more connected to other people. To laugh more and to feel more joy. Don’t lose sight of the purpose of a healing journey – to feel more lighter and happier and more connected to others and yourself.
Knowing your own mind >> Mind Healing
To begin with this, you need to know your mind first. Knowing your own mind and way of thinking is not so easy. We sometimes judge ourselves and our own capabilities because of people around us. To know your mind and to start this mind healing journey start by learning how facts and truth feels in your mind and body. Try to aligned with your truth, your mind and body probably feels relaxed. You will be able to accept more around.
With good intentions, learn to repair and repair well.
Try to have an open heart
The very basic thing I’ve learn – life is also consist of painful experiences, loss and misunderstandings. These experiences and losses makes us to close and lock the door to our heart. The problem with this is if we stay that way, we are just surviving. Ask yourself- Are you here for surviving ? or you wanna live a happier life? Don’t overreact or defend yourself from reality. Try to accept the way of living for the rest of your lives. It takes courage to get soften and opening up again in that world. We are human, so we need practice to begin with this.
Strengthen your belief, that not everyone is same. People are there with good heart. Realize that we all can delight in smallest moments and walking around with open heart. Give yourself some time and never force yourself for anything. The thing that has worked for me is to learn how to care for myself first, being more kind and gentle. Learning how to be more emotionally strong and mature at the same time. Lot of people get stuck after a breakup, or any loss- for them I say instead of thinking that you have lost someone, feel gratitude for learning a massive lesson and trust that it was necessary. Step back on your path and be more open towards someone who is really right for you. And if you don’t feel like anything then just do wonderful things in your life that you love. Give yourself permission to stay exactly your hearts wants to. I’m trusting the timings and so I say to you to do. Deepen your connection with yourself and with people around. Take care, remember YOU CAN DO BETTER !
