For me, sweet potatoes are far better than white potatoes. Sweet Potatoes are lower in glycemic value as compared to white potatoes. As I said these are great source of fibre, vitamins and minerals. Especially, purple sweet potatoes are rich in antioxidants and protect our body from free radicals. Free radicals are kind of molecules which can linked to chronic diseases like cancer, ageing and heart diseases.

Good for Gut Health

Presence of fibre and antioxidants are good for gut health and addition to that there are two types of fibre found in sweet potatoes which are soluble and insoluble. Human body cannot digest either of them, so fibre stays within body and provides a variety of gut-related health benefits. Antioxidants present in sweet potatoes are also good for gut health.

There is beauty in going for a walk, not to lose weight but to soak in your surroundings and nature. I found beauty in a slow, simple life, with a small home filled not with material item that clutter both the internal and external worlds, but that one which is filled with love. What is simplicity? A sense of calmness. Like subtracting the meaningless and leaving only space for the meaningful. To start with let me tell you one thing that –

Believe you’re deserving, make peace with the past, be open to new possibilities and don’t settle for anything else.

Restart. recharge. refocus.

Beauty In Simplicity

It’s your life,

You can choose whether you want to live fast lane or if you want to live it at a slower pace. Both are beautiful. It’s your life, make space for the things that matter most. There is beauty in overflowing with memories, stories, experiences and gentle moments that take your gasp away. Sometimes I find things that I don’t remember. It’s as if the past version of me is leaving present me little reminders to find when I need them most. Some days my self talk is good, my thoughts smiled. backed at me but somedays its total shit, I believe becoming more natural to be kind around. I found written – “If its not okay its not end and in the end its all okay. So listen to your mind, avoid nervousness and honour your feelings because in the end its your life !!

At the end of the day . .

I believe one day you can say you chose happiness & joy within the smaller softer moments. Go ahead and love your life find beauty wherever you go. I hope you can say you’re proud of how hard you oppose to become the best version of yourself. Capture the moments big and small that makes you feel happy and alive. You will never be sorry about making time for the small things, mini moments, the people make you feel complete and alive. I hope you learn to praise yourself. There is so much life to live with simplicity and so much love to receive.
