How to handle your thoughts and emotions

In our lives there are situations there are conditions in which we sometime feel very low, we think nobody is with us in our Dark times in our hard times and we think ultimately that nobody is with us, everyone is against. Similarly, we think that the whole surrounding or people around us are against of our decisions ,our choices and goals. I think this is all in our mind that everyone in entire world is against of our decisions and our choices. We consider this situation as me vs people or the universe. In this blog I’m gonna discuss how to handle your thoughts and emotions on daily basis. Read the blog till the end.

When you feel low, you behave accordingly. Eventually, you stop doing certain activities but you also carry few daily activities like eating food cleaning your surroundings making your bed. You breathe you make sure that your surroundings are favorable to you. Right? I do this when I feel low. You continuously interact with people, with your things with the universe. But in your mind you think everything around you is unfavorable. You feel crushed from inside because of your thoughts in your mind. These thoughts, these lil things will drag you down. Will crush you from inside.

Your thoughts and emotions are not fixed

Your thoughts and your actions are not fixed they can be changed. Some situations are temporarily to you so, don’t get depress my friend. There’re situation like getting fired from job, failing in exams or unavailable to find a job may be getting cheated in a relationship. These all are nothing but the small things in your life. These things can’t define your potential and your abilities. what people in your society thinks of you is none of your business.

People will judge you according to their mindset. You can’t make everyone happy around you. Isn’t it? My mom says we all came on earth with nothing, empty hands and we all have to go back with same. What to worry about then? We all die with nothing. All you’ve to do is to change your psychological condition. You don’t have to carry a luggage full of worries on your head. you don’t have to worry about society, norms and expectations from people around you all the time.

Worry less, Live more!

In other words, We should learn how to handle our thoughts and emotions very soon. It will help everyone of us in our lives in many situations I guess. Don’t take yourself too seriously. I’m also working on this. This will come thru practice and practice. This is the major reason behind all those circumstances. This is the place where we live ; is our place. You can create hell out of it or heaven, the choice is really yours.

Consider this as individual task

There is nothing a better place than this. Secondly, We all have the ability to make our entire place surrounding favorable only if we want it to. No body is going to do it for you. Some might help you in the process but consider this as individual task. Let me tell you one more thing that – we all justify ourselves. There is no need to justify all the time. We all need to learn this soonest in our lives so that we can live our life sensibly. We should all learn to handle our moods our thoughts and emotions at our earliest. There’s no fixed timings for all of this.

There are lot of other things in our life to experience to explore to live. Right? We humans have the ability to make memories like no other creatures on this planet. We have the ability to create vivid memories. Then what’s the point of suffering? What’s the point of creating a bad memory? We all are suffering our own intelligence. We are not supposed to do this. Why to make our imagination suffer, no point to do that. We humans are very complex, why to make more n more. At last, try to make things simple as much as you can. What are Antioxidants and how they are important for your body?

Antioxidants are the chemical compounds which are good for skin and protect the cells of your body from various kind of life threatening diseases like heart disease, organ damage and cancer caused by molecules (free radicals) produced when our body perform several other body functions. A diet high in antioxidants reduce the risk of many harmful diseases. It remove those free radicals from body and reduce the damage caused by the process of oxidation. AS I said above antioxidants are good for your body. So you must include these in your diet. All kind of berries like strawberries, cranberries, blackberries and raspberries are good source of antioxidants. These are less available at some places. But don’t worry there are many more food items which are also good source that includes- Dark chocolate, kale, beans, beetroot, spinach, green tea and red cabbage as well. These are the food items which are easy to grab at markets and stores. So add more fruits and veggies to your plate, it will help boosting your health. You know what, some food items are high in content when compared so, choose accordingly.

Remember too much of anything is harmful, so same goes with this also. Try to balance your diet with enough amount of nutrients, minerals and vitamins as well. Try to maintain balance within your body internally so that you can overcome daily challenges and achieve your best. In other words, these are good for your heart, also increase productivity and keep you up throughout the day. Foods rich in Vitamin C and Vitamin E are all antioxidants. You can also take them in the form of oral medication but I suggest consume them in naturally in the form of fruits, veggies and drinks. Human domestication

What is human domestication means? We are born, we learn, we speak. The people who take care of us teach us what they know. They feed us on the basis of their knowledge. They program us with their point of view. Those humans have lots of knowledge, that includes social, moral rules and religious cultural activities as well. They pass on the information to us to be like them. We learn how men and women behave in the society on the basis of their knowledge and in the society we are born. We learn how to behave in the right way in our society, that means how to be a good human. Are we a good human? In reality, we’re what we’ve been taught.

We’ve been taught to be good people.

They never taught us about humanity!

Being good or bad human

In reality we all are domesticated in the same manner that any animal is domesticated. We are told that we’re good or bad when we do what the grown-ups want us to do or we don’t do what they want us to do. Sometimes we’re punished without being bad and sometimes we’re rewarded without being good. Strange No? This punishment and being rewarded makes us to please other people. We try to be good because bad people don’t get rewarded, they are punished. In such a kind of human domestication, we’re imposed by certain rules and values of our family and society. We don’t have the opportunity to choose.

We’re told what to believe and what not to. The people we live with tell us their views. What’s wrong or right and what’s bad or good. We believe what our parents told us to do, get agree to all the information given by them, act and react as per the agreement.

We don’t pay attention to anything. Attention is very important for us ( the human) because it’s the part of our brain which makes it possible for us to focus and shows possibilities to our thoughts. Our imagination began to develop on the basis of our thoughts and then we began to question. We ask and ask and keep asking questions because we gather information from everywhere. And we know finally we’ve mastered something which is called language.

This is how we learn how to think and then our thought process begins. We notice what is beautiful and what’s ugly on the basis of the belief and values programmed within us. They tell us the way we should be, the way we look, we behave. We need to be this way, not that way and because it’s not okay for us to be what we’re, we start pretending to be what we are not.

By the time we get into schools, colleges and after that work places we explore many languages and symbols along with new rules and values of other people. Now since we are aware at this stage of our lives what to believe and what not to instead of what they want us to do, conflict takes place. It’s completely different from what our parents tell us but we agree with them too.

Theory of perfection

At a certain point of time, all the opinions of parents and teachers, society makes us believe that we need to be a certain way in order to be accepted. The fear of being rejected becomes the fear of not being good enough and we start searching for something we are not and that’s what we call PERFECTION. Also we start judging ourselves because we know what we’re. This is when the drama begins, people get against our values and what we believe. Since we started exploring seeking pleasure and now we’re known to the term call peace we run around the term self judgement. We should not be ashamed of the past and what we believe.

We try to be good enough for everybody else but we’re no longer good enough to ourselves.

All of our normal human tendencies are lost in the process of human domestication and then we begin to search for what we’ve lost. We start searching for freedom, happiness and beauty and much more. It’s a different and difficult time for most of us. Now by this time we don’t allow others to domesticate us anymore. We learned to judge ourselves. sometimes we punish and sometimes reward ourselves according to the same belief we were given. Some start the same on the belief they’ve learned of their own.

End of human domestication

Finally we mature and everything changes again. We start searching for everything which is not within us because we believe what we’ve been taught. We seek happiness outside of us, we believe that love is somewhere outside of us, we only believe in the knowledge we’ve stored in the brain. In the end we again look for perfection because now we agree with other people that nobody’s perfect. Above all, at this point of time there might be a possibility of being supported and loved if your thought process matches with them or they changed their opinions. You might be hated and get abandoned due to disagreement with your parents, brother or sister and society. To be continued . . . .

Hello people! Hope you all are doing well in your lives. I’m here with this blog having some life changing advices that might help you in any manner it can. Firstly, these are very common habits to change or to include in your life. Secondly that requires practice. I’m going to discuss reasons why practice is important to learning skills. Below are some advices.

Life will change

I understand that as I evolve, I’m gonna change a lot with lots of new experiences and people around me. I’m going to go apart from many people, situation and circumstances and that’s completely fine. I don’t have to be sad about what doesn’t work. I’ve to allow myself to new advices, to new life, new situations without being judged and fear of control. I allow myself to welcome new energy and greater experiences into my life. Therefore, you all need to allow yourself to changes and give permission to welcome new adventures. Comment on this below on this thought. Take necessary steps to move forward. That is much needed. Take some time alone to understand this stuff because it seems easy to read but requires commitment to do any way with no excuses. Some things take time to understand. 

Concluding

Don’t rush to anything you are not sure of. There’s no need to put unnecessary pressure on things, events, people and situations. Align yourself with divine timings and daily signs in lives. Recently I’ve started noticing things as well.

You don’t have to know where you’re going but you aren’t going to get anywhere if you don’t keep moving.  

Not everyone have a huge plan to be successful. People work everything out along the way and they just go with the flow. In conclusion, we all can do this.

How self attestation looks like ?

Self attestation involves accepting your own internal experiences, such as your thoughts and feelings. This doesn’t mean that all of your internal experiences are justified. Sometimes you will experience thoughts, emotions and feelings that are not straighten with you. But fighting against your internal experience will only increase anxiety and distract you from what you can do to bring your internal experience into balancing with yourself. This is why self-acceptance is the initial step. Then you can begin to reflect and aim for change. This blog is about the different forms of self attestation. Reflecting on your feelings is one of them. There is also other side of story, self invalidation happens when we deny to ourselves. It happens when we deny to our true real inner experiences – Thoughts and feelings.

Believe in your own healing. . .

Our brain is always learning. We learn by experiencing things. When we experience something good that makes us happy, then we continue to do that thing, trust that thing, value that thing. But When we experience something that makes us feel bad , will avoid that thing or fear that thing. When we experience something that helps us survive, will also continue to do that thing, trust it and value it. Over time, patterns of experiences keep repeating in our lives and create a template for how we tend to feel, think and behave to experiences.

Reflecting on your feelings– when you approve yourself with some courage, freedom and ability to express your genuine self, you validate yourself. You don’t pretend to be someone else because you give space for your experiences to be expressed. You do not lie to yourself. You’re your real self.

Setting boundaries with your thoughts and feelings– This is important way to preserve your thoughts and feelings. When you do not feel like spending time with someone and saying no is completely healthy, its like setting healthy boundaries. It means agreeing with your own opinions.

Listening to your body needs– Paying attention to your body’s need of hunger and energy, respecting them by accepting these cues and setting boundaries to these cues.

Understanding and accepting the past– This is related to accepting your emotions and behaviours that are triggered by your past.

Remember, do not allow others to approve your inner experiences this will trigger self invalidation. When you seek approval from others you do not trust your thoughts and feelings. because you’re unsure of yourself, how you should be feeling, you start guess yourself, seek reassurance from and others and have trouble making decisions of your own.

Don’t let your struggle become your identity. It’s a moment may be a long moment. Remember it won’t last.

Dark times

Depression, anxiety or circumstances some dark times want to convince us.

During these dark times,

I thing we all should start prioritising our interests. Read the blog till the end for some ideas and ways to prioritise your stuff. Whenever I experienced those dark times in my life I’ve also had the feeling that something is there, something is too far gone to change. That feeling pulled me down. Those dark spaces in my mind makes me feel low and powerful in the moment. But I keep putting one foot in front of other things and making myself understand that things will get change better with time.

It is possible to grow and glow in the dark!

By releasing all that stuff which no longer serves you will help you to achieve that growth even in your dark times. A worthwhile practice to uncover and review the things of your own that no longer serves you or working can actively help you to create new stuff, help you to choose new stuff. That certainly gives you permission to start new things and to leave behind those which don’t support you.

In this dark time,

We all are going through such stuff which no longer makes us happy or motivated. Leave them behind and choose new stuff. Because life doesn’t stops and time doesn’t wait. People say ” I’m happy” . But are they truly? Are you telling this to please others or to convince yourself? Are you pretending to be happy to ensure that nobody has asked you or are you doing it just to join the crowd? Think about it. Even if they are going through dark times in their respective lives they pretend to be happy like nobody else can do that.

We all experience dark and tough times that doesn’t mean it will not be over or things will not work. There’s no need to pretend to be happy. Be happy if you truly are. No need to please others or convince yourself even if you are not. It is very simple. Because happiness is not something which you can pretend, you may succeed in convincing the world by your actions, by your words, reactions or by social media posts that you’re happy but at the same time you’re fooling yourself. Because no matter how hard you try you can’t convince yourself that you’re happy when you’re not.

Being actually truly happy frees you from the battle with yourself because you become free from thoughts that disturb you. Maybe happiness is a state of mind like people say but that state of mind will only come once you accept the fact that something is wrong and that makes you unhappy. The more you ignore it or try to become unaware from the problem the more it will trouble you. Remember- you owe yourself. You own the love that you give others to make them happy. You deserve that happiness too. Make yourself happy first my friend .

How to prioritise things you love to perform during such dark times,

Firstly, spread kindness, take time to rest, interact with people and make good friends, work on your dreams + goals, make a reading list – list of books to read. This is sum up for me. I love to prepare my books to read list and to work on mental and physical health. which is why it took me so long to upload this blog. Definitely something for me to keep working on. Secondly, may be it’s a time to be gentle and take a damn break and start something new only if you want to. There are thousands of thoughts that we could be experiencing that are normal but usually not help us. Thoughts are learnt we can rewrite them. Be in control and open to it – To new ideas, words and actions. Remember to be kind to your mind. You can influence what grows. Our mind is always looking for evidence to support the stories you tell yourself. What you tell your mind to look for, it will always find. So, tell it good stories. Ask it to look for the good. See what your mind will show you.

Possibilities allows us to dream more

You’re not running late, you’ve infinite possibilities.

The most hurting parts of our lives sometimes become the origin of our greatest wisdom. If you are walking through a dark time, please know you are not all alone . Sending you lots of love and light of hope. You can do better!

Hello people, we all go through with something boring and dramatic events in our daily life. How often we pause and realize that our every day is full of drama and life changing experiences. 1. Overthinking stops once you’re focused on a meaningful purpose

Overthinking makes many valuable things less valuable in our life. firstly, it is the major cause of unhappiness. Secondly, affects mental health issues like anxiety, fear, depression. Lastly, overthinking can lead to shorter lives.

2. Always keep a hobby that makes you feel like a beginner

Get yourself a hobby that makes you feel good about yourself. Show yourself that you love yourself. like we know how to tell someone I Love You. The day is filled with many such opportunities to be grateful of what you are. Writing a journal or diary or any other hobby of your choice will make you feel like a beginner.

Include good habits to make your life smarter by each passing day.

3. Freedom to learn without any specific purpose or deadline is one of the highest privileges

First of all learn to control your mood and emotions. Feel free to learn and speak. If you want to learn things at every single stages of your life then make yourself feel free because learning requires freedom. Learning and your emotions are interlinked so, it is important to control emotions as well. Suppose your anger and your fear will never let you think creative and effectively. It will drag you down. Anger and fear limits new opportunities, new adventures in your life.

4. Spend money on what makes you healthier, smarter and freer

Spend your money wisely. This is the first tip to save your money and how to invest your savings (Read- Time Vs Money) at the same time. Having a financial plan is important to be financially secure. Try to adopt some good habits to save your money and spend it wisely. Know your priority while spending your valuable money. Creating budget might help you where to spend and how much to spend. One of your top priorities should be your health while spending on grocery and body care products. Do not become too strict while spending and don’t forget to reward yourself. This is most important life changing advice among all.

5. You don’t need anyone’s approval to live the life you want

Before you start working on something say your goals, you must define what kind of life do you want? Your job, your relationships and your outfits these all needs your approval not of anyone’s else. We often rely on what others are saying and always seek their approvals from smaller to bigger events in our lives. Remember this is your life, you know it better so stop seeking others approval to live the life you want. Make it in your own way.

6. Your courage starts flourishing the day you realize no one is coming to save you

We always see who is with us. Some people have become so habitual that if they have to go anywhere, they have to go along. They can’t do anything alone. They need somebody by their side. It is not so easy to move forward alone in life but it is not difficult either. Start knowing your capabilities and with lots of courage move forward to achieve your aim all alone. Know your inner strength and boost it with stability. The moment your realize that no body will come to save you, you become unbeatable and you can achieve whatever you want in your life.

7. One of the best thing to do during your bad days- not reacting even when you really feel like

Now this is the important advice i wanted to convey to you all. Do not over react or react even if you want especially during your bad days. This habit of yours will worsen the things more and might drag you down. So always think about the outcome irrespective of the situation.

8. The best source of motivation is deadline

Last but not the least advice for this blog. Setting a deadline will impact your time. It will eventually force you to do your task on time. Learn how to focus on your milestone and saying no the rest of the things which you don’t require. The importance of deadline is that we can control our tasks and our time ( time management) free of confusion.

Moments become memories and people become lessons. That’s life.

How to be free from distractions?

There are several areas in our lives in which we get distracted easily. Time flies and life is fast. Nobody waits for you. If you’re not careful while doing your routine tasks it can ruin your whole day and other things also get affected eventually. This is what we call distractions. There are many kind of distractions in our day to day life. You can get rid of those distractions and can mindfully do your tasks if you learn to declutter the mess around i.e both external and internal. Read the blog till the end. How to be entirely focused on something we do? 

The very most important thing is  to concentrate on one thing at a time to achieve the goal. Try not to be multitasking. Because, we end up spending all our energy alternating between the tasks, instead of focusing on doing one thing at a time. 

We think that combining the tasks will save our energy and time, but scientifically it has the opposite effect. It results least productive people. People get distracted easily.

Technology is great, only if we can control it. It’s not so great if it takes control of us. Yesterday, I have to write a research paper and I sat down with my computer to look up the information I needed. Being so particular and disciplined about my work I ended up spending my two hours surfing the other websites instead of writing my research paper. I was l continually  asking my brain to switch back, not to waste time. But eventually we make more mistakes and remember less of what we’ve done.  

I always wonder how my younger sister wrote her notes while listening to music or audio books together? Simultaneously answering messages as well. So Multitasking.  From my recent books it was written that working on several things at once lowers our productivity by at least 60% and our IQ by more than ten points. I’ve listed down some advantages of being concentrated  on a single task at a time. 

Firstly it increases productivity. Increase our power of retention. Secondly it  helps us feel calm and in control of other tasks. Thirdly it increases creativity. And lastly it makes us less likely to make mistakes. There are few disadvantages of multitasking as well. Number one is multitasking makes things harder to remember. Makes us feel stressed, reduces creativity and decreases productivity. 

Few ideas :

Here  are a few ideas for creating an area or space so that you get less distracted so that our mind can focus on a  single task. 

  • Switch off your phone or put it on silent while working on something. 
  • Schedule your day for responding to mails and messages. 
  • Train your mind to return to the present when you find yourself getting distracted. To achieve that practice mindfulness or meditation. Morning yoga might help. 
  • Create your working space. A proper table and chair. 
  • Organise your plan of work by dividing each activity to its own place and time. 
  • Bundle routine tasks like making calls and sending messages. Do them at once. 
  • Plan your meals. Yes we end up spending hours thinking what to have and what to not. Planning meals for a  week might help you to decide easily and will save your time.

How you work on something is more important than the final results. Don’t worry about the outcome – it will come naturally. Happiness is in the doing not in the results. After reading this , you have a better idea of which activities in your life make you enter to get focused on a single task at hand. I’m practising this, and I’m happy with the outcomes as well. Stress- The enemy of Modern Humans

We modern humans work most of the time. Are alert most of the time. Check our cell phones 24*7 for the notifications. We modern humans have bad habits of eating, sleeping and walking which leads to health problems resulting into fatigue or may be another illness. We modern humans stress all day about every situation. A lil amount of stress is ok, I would say it is beneficial. On the other hand, intense amount of stress is a known enemy of longevity, both mental & physical health. There is nothing wrong in putting energy into relationships with one whom you love or turning attention towards looking for romantic caring relationships. We all need love, affection and companionship. So, we can focus on those needs.

Get some good qualities

We modern humans lack some qualities for having active lifestyle, a healthy Life style! What is the true meaning of having a healthy Life style? Well, Everyone will have their own answer to this question. I will share mine. To have a healthy Life style it comprises of a lot of things. Firstly, to have a healthy lifestyle one should be less worried about the things which they can’t control. Secondly, eat healthy so that your mind and body works best for you.

By saying healthy lifestyle it doesn’t means with eating healthy food. It also requires a lot more things. By this I mean your surroundings. People with whom you hangout. Most important I guess. Because what people say will make a lot of difference to us. Half of our lives depend on the same thing. Right ? Despite knowing all, we all do the same. We modern humans always keep fooling ourselves. We spend half our life on the will of others, and then sit for the rest of our life and curse people who took decision for us, thinking what to do now.

There is a difference between healthy habits and restrictions.

Make a Decision about what you really want

Below are some quick tips that might help you to achieve what you want.

  • Know your desire. know your actions. Heartfelt compassion leads to action.
  • You’re not the only one but you’re the one. Who cannot do everything but can do something. So stop seeing glass which is half empty start seeing glass half full. I hope you got it right.
  • Get rid of that social service. Serving unnecessary. Discover your own life. Your own happiness. Serve yourself.

Adding to that

  • It is not your duty to make others happy. No not at all. Some people don’t deserve to be helped. Feed this into your mind asap. It will help you a lot. A lot.
  • Never be fearful of what you are doing. Never. This will drag you down. Never be ashamed of what you’ve done.
  • We can support ourselves like no one else can do. Mark my words. Yes we can. Try and see. You will fall in love with yourself all over again. A Deep love.
  • Give yourself the credit what you deserve.
  • Replace. Complaining with gratitude, insecurity with confidence, toxic friends with mentors, overthinking with actions, fear with faith.
  • Know the difference between pride and self worth.
  • Never ever give full time position to part time people. Get rid of such people.
  • Celebrate each and every single day. Birthdays. Cherish new days.
  • Do not bottled up your feelings. It will affect your mental health. Share what you feel. And feel ok with your emotions.
  • Don’t waste your precious time on Relationships and people that doesn’t boost your spirit. Be more open to change.
  • Break the pattern. Make some changes to your lifestyle. Introduce some new habits like journals magazines and newspapers. Spend less time on social media. You can logout your social media accounts on weekends.
  • Spend some quality time by reading books, a walk on beach, spend some extra time with nature. You will start knowing yourself better. I felt that.
  • Create a daily self care plan that allow you to turn your attention towards yourself.

You become what you practice

This is what I’m practicing since a year now. Slowly it’s working for me. I’m sure it is going to help you as well. Practice kindness, offer emotional support only when required. Also, don’t forget to treat yourself with the same sort of kindness and love the way you do to others. Most importantly, know when you need a break and give yourself a tight hug. Yes, you can do that. Everyone requires time to pursue their own dreams, try to maintain a balance between the two in your relationships.

Notice good things

Are you also one of them who notices negative things first and positive later. Or you can not see the positive quality even if you want. We live in a society where people see negative qualities first or simply say that they see the same. They don’t want to look other side. They enjoy doing evil, remove loopholes and then comment on it. I met one such person who seems to have only negativity around him. He sees the same in every human being, no matter how good and noble a person is. So I asked him whether you do not see good in that person or you cannot see. Why don’t you notice good things?

We all have some good and some bad, are different and unique. We all have something good and positive inside. So he replied that there’s nothing positive or good in that person! Is that really true? Why we’re hardwired for negativity? Where does negative feelings or thinking come from? Why does negativity outweigh positivity? 

Why people are so negative?

Negative emotions generally involve more thinking , in that case we as an individual tend to ruminate more about unpleasant situation. That makes us to use stronger words to describe them than happy ones. Why people are so negative? The reason is low self esteem. We all want to hear good things about us. Right? Negative people are some of the most draining to be around. We can avoid these people but in such case it can feel impossible to get away from them, their negativity and the impact it has on our mental health.

Coaching can help some people who’s negative only when someone is open to constructive feedback and is willing to accept responsibility for their behaviour and has desire to motivate, to understand the root cause of their negative behaviour. So this might help to avoid Negativity from their minds and that can help them to see positive souls around them. 

Why don’t people notice good things?

Secondly, how someone is raised is another factor responsible for negative feelings and thoughts. If someone is exposed to negativity early they will either become the opposite or mirror that exact behaviour. This results in pattern thinking and behaving, and becomes how you respond to your surroundings. Your surroundings have a very deep impact. So always choose wisely and spend time with people around you. 

See good in people around you, surround yourself with positivity

Where does this negative thinking comes from?

People judge you by your clothes, the way you speak, the way you stand or walk. Blah blah blah ! We live in a society where everyone has a different perspective on right and wrong. If you have what they don’t have, they will judge you. They get a chance to talk negative about you. And then they becomes so negative that they  sees only corrupt in you again. If you are happy and you are doing well, you are stepping forward in your personal life. I don’t even know how you become immoral. So this is for those who always see negatives in people around them. Below are some tips for both those who speak evil and for those who listen ! 

How to overcome negative bias?

Direct more of your consciousness towards the positive event and feeling you experience and break the patterned thinking and behaving. Second, What is someone eating, where is he going, how is he standing and how is he going.. This is none of your business. THAT DOESN’T BELONGS TO YOU. WHAT BELONGS TO YOU IS FOCUS ON YOURSELF, YOUR THINGS, YOUR LIKES AND DISLIKES. HOW YOU WALK AND WHAT YOU WEAR. And if you are not able to do all this then keep your mouth shut. That doesn’t require much effort, because your comments, your words can hit hard. Check on yourself, you can also look how you behave. That requires practice and good things take time.

Why does it is very easy to be negative?

Last tip for those who listen, you’re not here to listen negative about yourself. Stay away from those who speaks sinful. Talk a deep breath and delete all the negative thoughts from your brain. This is not tough. We all can do and we all go through such phases in our family and at workplace as well. Find good things in your daily life, notice good things. I know it is hard but one can do.

How to notice good things in people around you?

The very first thing you can do is to show appreciation. Make a habit to be thankful to people who helped you, supported you when you need them most. Be genuine to show how much you care, it will be easy to make a good impression on themselves, that will make your bond stronger. Secondly, Know your core values, Highlight what you stand for. Your core values represents your style , personality and uniqueness. Nothing is to be done by doing or seeing evil to others and criticising them unnecessarily. If you cannot lift someone up, don’t even lower it down. Try to notice positive traits in one and support them enough. Comment your thoughts below. Love to hear from you all. YOU CAN DO BETTER !
