  • An inability to express and regulate feelings. Express your feelings and emotions in an effective manner and do this more often .
  • A mentality of – “Be more like me”- You cannot boss your partner. Bossing your partner will kill your relationship. Let the other person have a breathing (More Like their) space. If you don’t give them the space they need, you will more likely lose that person in your life. Everybody wants to have their own space. In addition, Not giving them What they really need can make them uncomfortable over time.
  • Not paying attention to belief system and values – Trust is one of the most (critical) important part of a healthy relationship. If trust is missing, then it comes under something that will kill any relationship. Remember, No one can justify their feelings for long. Doubting creates hollowness which is not easy to work out.
  • Lack of self-awareness and accountability – The foundation of any relationship is respect. Disrespect is again something that can destroy your relationship. Moreover, Be more aware and know that no matter how many times you apologise, each time you behave wrongly with your partner, it will create a huge gap between you two.

A Gentle Reminder

Now tell me what’s attractive to you? Life is full of different seasons, different paths and company along the way. Some of the people you meet will be uncomfortable because of who you are. Let them squirm. Think about what is attractive around you. Focus on your path, your path is vast and coloured than their imagination. Here I’m sharing my thoughts with you all thru this article. Let them be consumed in thoughts about a life that doesn’t concerned them; while you’re busy in living yours. When people say negative about you in any kind of way, it never has anything to do with you. Often people are dealing with their personal issues and pains. Negative commentary about others is an outlet to validate their personal issues and pains. What is the need to think about them? Your future is in your hand – Its all upto you. Instead of focusing on what you can’t control, focus on what you can. Where you go, what you do, how you live your life, how you behave, the way you live – its all upto you. It’s completely depend upon you. May be you can’t create your history; But today, right now in this very moment of your life, you can choose how you show up for yourself. You can choose how you respond to the world around you. Yes! You can choose what you want to be in your life; whether or not you’ll go for it.

Be Gentle and remember that you get to choose your next step. In my opinion you get to choose how you respond to the challenges and obstacles on your path. And you also get to choose whether you lean into faith or fear, trust or doubt, hope or despair. This is your life. You’re allowed to change your mind. To change your heart. You’re allowed to love whom you want. To learn from them. This is your life so make it count.

You have the ability (we all have the ability) to create the life that calls you, the life your heart’s being pulled to. Remember, you’ve the tools & the resources.   • Ginger is best known for highly effectiveness  against nausea. It helps to relieve vomiting in some people who are undergoing any surgery to medical treatment. However, it maybe best to treat morning sickness (pregnancy related nausea). Ginger is considered safe when it comes to just 1-1.5 grams of ginger intake to prevent various types of nausea.

Your Mentality Becomes Your Reality 

My coach said to me that what we believe becomes our reality. Believing in something it the way to seeing it. If you don’t believe in it, it’s not true to you and thus it can not be your reality. Simple! As per the law of vibration when we believe in negative things we tend to experience more negative things in life. These negative things continue to reinforce the beliefs and make you believe in them. As a result, unhappy truth can become even true unless and until you decide to change your beliefs.

Go Beyond Your Thoughts 

They say if you can’t change a situation then change the perception of it. ” Either be controlled or be in control “. Being an over-thinker I can say that our brains are very clever. Trust me. Our brains wants to make life easy for us. Based on previous emotions our brain can optimise to make subconscious decisions. Because of lack of awareness I didn’t questioned my reaction towards the situation. By cultivating this awareness that we are not our thoughts, we are the witness of each thought; we can simply learn to make better decisions as how to act.

Align Your Behaviour & Beliefs 

It is very difficult to change your beliefs overnight, as our beliefs are dug deep into the soil of our subconscious mind. We live them for most of our lives. To align your beliefs you need to first identify the core of belief you need to change. One of friend of mine has a belief that she can’t change her future so she’ll will never be able to change her future. These kind of belief never makes her feel good so instead of thinking this way I asked her to think  about changing her belief. Mental limitations are very bad for your brain health. They limit your potential. I believe that we shouldn’t waste our time trying to create something different. We have to accept the fact that everyone is born with certain kind of creativity and potential and that’s ok. 

Know The Power Of Words And Affirmations

Never ever underestimate the power of words and affirmations. Affirmations are the positive statements that narrate what you wish. Simply repeating the statements over and over again with great stance create a belief in our subconscious mind that this is true. Repeating affirmations is a conscious process and it is a kind of sending instruction to our mind. When I say yes I can, the moment I say these words to myself it make me belief yes I can. If you keep on being told you can do something, you will believe you can.

Words can hurt and can heal.

There is power in everything you write and say.

Be wise with it.

Write Down your Goals 

Recently I’ve read one book talking about that if you write down your goals they are more likely to become true. There is also a story about an American footballer who wrote a letter when he was a kid becoming a professional football player. He is not a psychic, he just knew what he want in his life. One should be very specific about his or her vision for the future. Eventually ideas becomes reality.

Take An Action 

I believe in talking action towards the goals. This should not be confused with thing huge steps, you can move forward with baby steps. It’s not about where you are, it is about what are your doing about where you are at. We often didn’t want to come out of our comfort zone. We might not want to sacrifice or undergo the pain of hardworking to get our desired outcome. But then that outcome will stay out of reach. If you don’t take action you will probably miss out the reward. It is something making chocolate strawberry cake in the same exact way every single day and expecting it to turn into a chocolate raspberry cake. If you don’t change the toppings like adding raspberry to cake , then it won’t change. It sounds silly and that’s fine but people go through their lives expecting change when they are doing the same things over and over again every single day.

Not taking much time, all I want to conclude is that its never too late to change your thoughts and restructure your belief to support, instead of hinder yourself. If you want to change your life, your belief system you’ve to remove or disprove your current belief by finding enough strong reasons to support the belief you want. Feed yourself with this positive energy I’m sending to you via my thoughts and words, emotions but do take an action which is rocking in itself. Nutritional deficiencies can be a result of poor nutritional intake, any chronic health conditions, sort of medications and due to altered metabolism. It can be a combination of above factors which can affect the level of nutrients in the body. As we all know that we need certain amount of Vitamins and Minerals in our body on daily basis to keep our body healthy. But how do you know that you’re not meeting your daily body needs ? Iron Deficiency – Signs & Symptoms Of Nutrients Deficiencies

If your Iron levels are low, you might feel cold and can also have dizziness or headaches. Along with that due to low levels of Iodine and Iron together there might be a severe hair loss, fatigue and weakness. Moreover, due to deficiency of Iron there might be headaches and Heart Palpitations. The best part is that you can overcome the Iron deficiency by adding Iron rich food (Such as Spinach and Beans) to your diet or supplements. The RDA is 8mg for men and 18mg for women. 

Magnesium and Iodine Deficiency

Vitamin D, C and B Deficiency – Signs & Symptoms 

Vitamins are the essential nutrient that must be included in diet and should be consumed daily to eliminate the deficiency. Due to fresh produce and availability the deficiency is rare in developed countries but roughly 7 % of adults in US affected from the Vitamin C deficiency. Slow wound healing, white marks on nails, low immune functioning, fatigue are the symptoms of Vitamin C deficiency. In addition, mood swings, gut issues and headaches are the signs for deficiency of Vitamin B. Vitamin D deficiency include majority the bone issue and weak bones.

To overcome the deficiency you should add all the Vitamin C, D and B rich food items in the diet on requirement basis. Some of the best source of Vitamin C rich food are broccoli, Lemon, orange, strawberry, Parsley and Papaya. For Vitamin D the best source are eggs, fatty fish and mushrooms. The RDA for each of the Vitamins may vary for men and women.

Secondly, A lack of vitamin A causes the cornea (eye) to become dry and that makes the eyes cloudy and can also lead to loss of vision. Women’s Clothing Choices – A Constant Struggle

A few days ago me and my sister along with our mother were discussing about how Women’s Clothing Choices is A Constant Struggle in our society. Moreover middle aged women are still facing clothing issues in our families. Gradually in that conversation she started telling me about people who are supportive when it comes to breaking mental blocks. Why are so many clothes unwearable because of fabric or the prints? Why we always relate clothing choices with age? Although its a completely individual choices people make. Here I’m talking about how women clothing choices is a constant struggle. Many of us stand in from of their closet and spend too much time thinking what to wear and what not? Thinking of people’s opinion – too revealing, too shady or simply is it “too much” ? No matter what you choose, someone will always have an opinion about it. If you are wearing something which is too revealing according to them they will relate your clothing choices with your self-respect. That’s too masculine or that’s too feminine – Don’t  you want to look pretty or you want to be taken seriously? In addition to that how you wear your makeup and your hair length will decide your character. Really?. Wearing more or less makeup will decide how professional you’re. Pathetic !

Showing too much cleavage is another aspect. If you show too much cleavage then it is sort of inviting somebody to take an advantage. And if it is not showing too much then you won’t be able to pass better and look nice in front of people. People also gives opinion on your body shape and how you should opt clothes according to body type. They say – you should wear clothes that do more to flatter your shape. And if you’re too skinny then you should wear some loose fitted clothes. You are too shallow if you care too much about your fashion and if you don’t care too much then you’re too shabby. If you’ve long hairs then you are old school and if you’ve short hair then you are a lesbian.

Whatever you wear, who so ever you are, some people will always give opinion whether you ask them anything or not. They enjoy saying or doing all this shit. They will always find something unattractive in you. All I want to say is that you wear what you like. If you want to keep your hair long then keep it long and if you like short hairs then go for shorter hair. I believe it’s completely an individual choice. No one else’s opinion is required in all these things. If you are someone as a middle aged women, no matter what your age is, If you like wearing free style shirts or denims then go for it. For true and inner happiness it is better to listen to your heart instead of people’s opinion.

A gentle reminder for you all – Live your life in your style. Always be grateful to those who helps you when you needed them the most. Try to take immense pleasure from simple things and connect with people deeply and keep your promises. These all will make you more attractive and be authentically you. You can do better !
